Benevolence Fund Program for Seniors 60+
Who We Are
In addition to this website HHMI has formed a Benevolence Fund Program. This branch of HHMI offer additional support in some small way to individuals 60+ in need, especially during times of crisis. Our program will also be funded by donations from individuals, organizations, or foundations.
Our Goal
Our primary goal is to provide unwavering support to seniors 60+. We believe in promoting dignity, respect, and comfort for all seniors within our community. By offering a helping hand and a listening ear, we ensure that every senior is valued and cared for receiving help as much as possible in crisis. This program is at no charge to the recipient. No financial information is required however you must submit your request on our on-line application below, no verbal request will be accepted. Once your application is submitted you will immediately know if we are able to assist you at that time. After you have been verified and approved you will be contacted within (3) business days from the date of submission as to what we are able to do regarding your request. All categories listed on the application denotes how your request will be handled once approved. Any senior applying can only apply once (1) a year and for a different category.
Some Examples of Assistance:
As funds become available, we will aide in some small way to help lighten the load of any Senior in crisis situation to purchase Food, Non-perishables, pay a Utility bill etc. Our way of lending a helping hand is to provide a "Gift Card" that would meet the need in the category that you are applying.
Terms and Conditions:
All gifts from the Benevolent Fund Program will be distributed by way of pick-up. Upon scheduled pick-up each senior must sign acknowledging receipt of their gift from HHMI. If the senior is unable to pick-ups, he/she may designate someone in their stead. The designee must have a picture ID and sign on behalf of the recipient.
Privacy Policy:
Any information submitted to our office is deemed "confidential" and for use of our services only, there will be no third-party involvement, and no picture taken of the recipients.
Disclaimer: Helping Hands Ministry, Inc. nor any of its programs will be responsible to support or obligated to disburse any financial gifts to anyone that submit a request for our services. Our resources are limited; therefore, we do not receive any financial gifts for any of our services, likewise we do not promise any services. Our ultimate goal is to assist as many as possible on a first come, first serve basis. Upon receipt of your application, you will be informed immediately of the resources available.
